“Hiyashi-chuka” was invented as a result of trial and error by union members of the “Sendai Chinese Cooking Association” (now “Miyagi Prefecture Chinese Beverage Life Industry Association”) in 1937 as a noodle dish to enjoy in the hot summer.
It started out having toppings such as boiled cabbage, cucumber, roasted pork, but over the years it developed into a dish that expresses the originality and ideas of each store.
This time, we will introduce shops that offer traditional tastes to unique dishes all year-round.
