Locally sourced seasonal ingredients are used generously in the cuisine.
The restaurant is able to respond to diverse requests from dishes such as "Sendai Seri(Japanese parsley) Nabe Hotpot" to handmade buckwheat noodles and seasonal Kaiseki.
Among them, "Miyagi Kaiseki" includes local gems such as hand formed sushi with a topping of brand "Sendai beef", a pot of flavored rice covered with sea urchin and Sashimi(sliced raw fish) from Sanriku coast.
