When making a reservation the restaurant will confirm the customer's preferences and allergies, and prepare carefully selected ingredients obtained through their purchasing route such as from contract farmers and fishermen as well as the market.
We prepare unique food using the fruits of the land and the sea enhancing their wonderful flavors.
The restaurant offers a great atmosphere using plates and sake glasses exclusively selected from local glass workshops and kilns.
The range of rare sake which comes directly from the brewery including the ZANKYO(Reverberation) from the Niizawa Brewery (Osaki City), are appreciated by the customers.
