The restaurant offers small private rooms and large halls that can be used by 8 people or up to 75 people to enjoy dinners and banquets.
A chef who has 40 years of experience excels in creating a variety of dishes using local Miyagi produce such as "Grilled beef tongue", "Hoya (sea pineapples) in vinegar", "Whale sashimi", and "Bakurai – salted hoya and sea cucumber entrails".
There is also a wide selection of local sake chosen carefully from all parts of Miyagi prefecture.
If you are lucky you may be able to taste delicacies that are not available everyday such as mackeral shark heart, called "Mouka-no hoshi" by the locals.
